Ham & Smoked Gouda Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich



Enjoy this tasty breakfast sandwich made with smoked Gouda cheese, ham, and eggs that are cooked just right between thick-cut bread slices that have been grilled to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 8 slices smoked Gouda cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set a skillet on medium heat to warm it up

Put out the bread slices and put two slices of smoked Gouda cheese on top of each half

Place a ham slice on top of the cheese

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-low heat in a different pan

Into the pan goes an egg

Cook it until the whites set but the yolk is still runny

Add pepper and salt

Place the cooked egg on top of the ham slice with care

Add the last few slices of bread to the top of each sandwich to make a sandwich

Cover each sandwich with the rest of the butter

Put the sandwiches in the hot pan with the butter side down

About 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts

Take each sandwich out of the pan when it's done and cut it in half diagonally

Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Grease a pie dish with olive oil

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat

Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes

Remove from heat and let cool slightly

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs

Stir in the heavy cream, crumbled feta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown on top

Vegetarian Fruit Tart



This Vegetarian Fruit Tart is a delicious dessert with a buttery, flaky crust and a bunch of fresh fruits. It's great for any event and will definitely impress!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as berries, kiwi, and mango
  • cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

In a food processor, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar

Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Add egg and pulse until dough forms

Press dough into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan

Prick the bottom with a fork

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Let it cool completely

Arrange mixed fresh fruits on top of the cooled tart crust

In a small saucepan, heat apricot preserves and water over medium heat until melted and smooth

Brush over the fruits

Chill tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Put almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

To the dry mix, add the eggs, mozzarella, and cream cheese

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

On top of that, put another piece of parchment paper and roll the dough into a rectangle shape

Take off the crusty paper on top

Put steamed broccoli florets and blue cheese crumbles on top of the dough

Carefully roll the dough into a log

The parchment paper at the bottom can help you lift and roll it

Pinch the edges of the stromboli together to make a seal
