LCHF Spinach And Feta Pie



For a keto-friendly meal, this LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) Spinach and Feta Pie is a tasty and filling dish. Since it has eggs, spinach, and feta cheese, it's full of flavor and good for you, but it's low in carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Grease a pie dish with olive oil

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat

Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes

Remove from heat and let cool slightly

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs

Stir in the heavy cream, crumbled feta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Add the cooked spinach to the egg mixture and stir to combine

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown on top

Allow the pie to cool slightly before slicing and serving
