Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together
To the dry mix, add the eggs, mozzarella, and cream cheese
Mix everything together well
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
On top of that, put another piece of parchment paper and roll the dough into a rectangle shape
Take off the crusty paper on top
Put steamed broccoli florets and blue cheese crumbles on top of the dough
Carefully roll the dough into a log
The parchment paper at the bottom can help you lift and roll it
Pinch the edges of the stromboli together to make a seal
The stromboli should be baked in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
Let the stromboli cool down for a few minutes before cutting it up and serving it
